But here’s the catch – often, in our enthusiasm, we set goals that are a tad unrealistic. We aim for the stars but forget to build the rocket. And when we don’t see immediate results, disappointment kicks in, and our resolutions become a distant memory by February.
This brings us to the million-dollar question: How can we make resolutions that stick?
The answer lies in setting achievable goals. Think of it like climbing a mountain. You don’t just leap to the top; you take one step at a time. Achievable resolutions are these steps – small, realistic, and specific goals that gradually lead you to the summit of your aspirations.

Number five is about mindfulness in finances: Review your subscriptions and memberships. Regularly check your OTT subscriptions and bank statements to manage your finances more effectively.

Read at least one highly acclaimed fictional series like The Maze Runner, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, or a series by Dan Brown, which is my son’s absolute favorite. Immersing yourself in a fictional world can be a great escape.

Plan at least four trips in the year. Whether to the mountains, beaches, or historical cities, travel can be a fantastic way to broaden your horizons.
